The campaign in Gŵyr Abertawe is now well underway as we approach one of the most important Senedd elections in recent memory.
This election presents a clear choice about the future of our communities — from protecting local services and supporting our economy, to ensuring that decisions affecting Wales are made with care, responsibility and a clear understanding of local needs.
Across Gŵyr Abertawe, our campaign is focused on being visible, active and present in the community. Our team of volunteers and supporters are out regularly, speaking to residents, delivering leaflets and listening to the issues that matter most — from the cost of living and pressures on the NHS, to concerns about local services and opportunities for younger generations.
At the heart of the campaign is a simple approach: building trust through conversation, showing up consistently, and demonstrating that Plaid Cymru offers a credible and serious alternative.
We are also continuing to grow our network of supporters, with more people getting involved each week — whether that’s by canvassing, helping with deliveries, supporting online, or displaying placards and posters across the constituency.
This is a closely contested election, and every conversation, every leaflet and every sign of support matters.
Over the coming weeks, our focus will remain on reaching as many voters as possible, ensuring our message is heard clearly, and showing that Plaid Cymru is ready to stand up for Gŵyr Abertawe.
